WPM Supervisors are the best in the industry because unlike most of our competition, our
supervisor’s compensation depends on how well they please you, our client (see below). We
have designed our Supervisor program to facilitate the best possible customer service for
you. Our Supervisors are fully certified lifeguards and pool operators for the jurisdictions
in which they work. This is an advantage because your Supervisor can open and operate your
pool if there is a problem with the guards. Not all pool companies operate in this way.
Every Supervisor is equipped with a two-way radio and cellular telephone. Our office
can reach them at any time - and so can you through our office! All phone calls will be handled
through the office so that they may be tracked by our messaging software and handled properly.
These will be dispatched to your Supervisor accordingly. Your Supervisor keeps you informed of
the weekly happenings at your pool by visiting your facility and completing Supervisor Check
Sheets at least three times per week. Please review these Check Sheets and share any appropriate
comments with the Supervisor when you sign them.
The Supervisor Compensation Program has a tremendous impact on how our Supervisors respond to your
needs. Our Supervisors are paid on an incentive basis and a significant amount of their pay is based
on their performance. Some of the categories in which the Supervisors are rated are listed below:
- Guards maintain a professional appearance and are in uniform
- Pool passes all Health Department inspections
- Timely opening and closing
- Respond to any problems to your satisfaction in a timely manner
- Overall facility cleanliness
- Supervisor personally must open at least one pool every day
- Ensure lifeguard staff is fully certified at all times

them to do an outstanding job.
